7.2.6.31 works perfectly on the Orbi base Router and older provision of the firmware just not the current 7.2.7.15, the latest firmware works perfectly on the satellites but the Router has to be on older. I have noticed when doing a data capture when the Router on the latest firmware the DNS failes to certin websited on web browsers and apps on mobile devices , when I run a speed test to it goes up to 900MBps then slowly drops then fails and the base Router restarts, I have feeling the issue could be a bug in the firmware with the PPPoE settings. I'm busy testing th Vlan currently but that seems ok, next I am going to try DHCP and if i have stable Internet then I no its the PPPoE configuration in the new firmware .

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

It's the calix GigaPoint GP1100G, also i have a cat 6A SFTP which i have tested and is testing perfectly to 10Gb I'm not able to test higher, also run power separately in a compleet different way aswell as all my ethernet runs are atleest 3 feet away from any power cables in walls and in floors as I planned every single run, everything what has an ethernet port has 2 ethernet runs to them just as a fail safe aswell as for stability.

Should only have single runs from the router to the RBS. If you have double connections, this could cause ARP storms. LAN cables are designed to provide single line services in between connected devices.

Sorry didn't mention it I've a switch aswell so my 2 RBS are connected directly to the RBR with wired backhaul, then I have a network switch connected to the RBR aswell what handles all my tvs, game consoles and anything else what has ethernet connectivity.
