What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
How is the RBR configured for AP Mode? Using Dynamic IP addressing or Static? Static is preferred.

Hey
Firmware = V7.2.6.31_5.0.24
My internet provider is KPN from the Netherlands with there modem experia box v12
from the modem to the orbi router there is etl verified cat.6 stp see picture but behind there is hanging the modem behind the modem there is a optic fiber box
the home is not big 128m2 3 floors first and second floor has satalite where is 10meter behind of each other but.
where the router is located directly above where below the router is located the same place as the satellite is located above. If you calculate this, it is only 7 meters with a concrete ceiling in between.
the are wireless connected each other. I dont have the option with cable at the other floors.
What do you mean with rbs turned off?
I dont have wired devices using full of wireless connections also my devices like camera, washing mashines ect on 2.4ghz networks the kicked out sometimes where I cant see them from the app anymore. meanwhile the satalite at second floor is almost next to these devices.
those are the channel configs:
Europa | |
2.4 GHz Kanaal | Automatisch (8) |
2.4 GHz Draadloze modus: | Up to 1147 Mbps |
5 GHz Kanaal | 36 + 40(P) + 44 + 48 |
5 GHz Draadloze modus: | Up to 2402 Mbps |
6 GHz Kanaal | 65 + 69(P) + 73 + 77 + 81 + 85 + 89 + 93 |
6 GHz Draadloze modus: | Maximaal 4804 Mbps |
I use all dynamic.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?
For that size of home, having too many RBS deployed could cause problems. Something to try, Turn down the power on the RBR from 100% to 50% and see. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Turn OFF one RBS to see if issues are still seen.
Might try manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz.
Been posts about v.31 not working well for users after it's loaded. May need to go back to prior working FW version.

RBS = Satellites.
Having too small of a home size with too many RBS deployed and cause wifi signal problems or too much wifi signal over lap between the units.
Has this system worked well since you got it or just recently exhibited some problems?
When was the FW updated?
