Rbke 963 best settings

woops accidently accepted as solution but today resycned the satelites with the router the are wireless connected each other.
one satelite is good
other needd closer but it is not that far away from the other satelite. Does it take the connection from other satelite or not??? it is really nearly 6 meters away upside with walls.
Placement and distances will be key here. You may need to move the RBS around so they both connect to the RBR and not each other in daisy chain formation...

Give it a try. Might place out sat 10 feet then check. I'd turn OFF the other RBS while you test this. Once it's connected to the RBR, test, then if all is good for the status, turn ON the other RBS.
oke I got extra cable option at first floor and that patch is almost 15 meters away from the router I will try using for one rbs cable and the other one at second floor I will use this one wireless. but does it matter wich port I take on the router and rbs for this? Kinda busy irl gonna try this week. also for the rbs need cat 6e?
If you directly connect the RBS using the high speed port, between them use these ports. If your only using the 1Gb port on the RBR then use the 1Gb port on the RBS. There is CAT6 UTP and CAT6A STP. CAT6 UTP can be used for the 1Gb ports. Recommend using CAT6A STP for the high speed ports, 10Gb and 2.5Gb. There is no CAT6E.

ive moved the satelites one satalite is now also with cable connected but still having issues that sometimes the orbi loses each other. Also on whatsapp facetime calls or camera views are slow. No trouble with gaming at all but those things need be fine too.
v.31 has been reported as no working well for users. We've been recommending users revert back to v.21 if your in the NA region, if EU or ROW regions, then you'll need to revert back to v6 FW.
Downgrade the RBS first then RBR lastly. After the system has been downgraded, factory reset the system and setup from scratch OFFLINE from the ISP services. After setup has been completed, disable the Auto Update feature on the RBR to prevent v.31 from being re-loaded. Then connect back to your ISP services.
