I wouldn’t say something wrong with my system, per se. but I do notice that devices connected on the main network, have a hard time with 2.4 GHz. So you have to use the IOT network but I don’t really like using it a whole lot because there’s lack of security there. Maybe they should implement WPA3 on the IOT side of things. Because I noticed using the guest network and setting up that way all the options are available. So I was just curious if there was beta test files.

Have you tried troubleshooting that?

Start with expanding on what you mean by "a hard time with 2.4 GHz".

Devices don't connect? Lose the connection? Are slow?

All devices? What are they?

Have you tried tweaking the wifi bands on 2.4 GHz?

Is this with the router? A satellite?

What devices are connecting to the 2.4Ghz radio?&nbsp;
What channels are you using?&nbsp;
&nbsp;
How many RBS are deployed?&nbsp;What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite ‌‌🛰️

IoT are notorious for being badly developed and tested and hard to get connected to a MESH system that deploys Smart Connect that combines SSID names from all radios into one SSID name. This is a problem that comes from the IoT Mfr. Not NG. So NG came up with the separate IoT network just for these devices.&nbsp;

Generally, IoT devices don't support WPA3. WPA is only security that is the connection between devices themselves and the routers wifi signal. Not sure what you mean by lack of security. All is behind a internal firewall with in the router that operates automatically.

There are no beta test files. We just went thru months of beta testing last year. All been good on this v7 version of FW. The 960 series was first model to implement the separate IoT network. Then got deployed to the 750 and 850 series systems as well.&nbsp;
