If you have a area thats is congested with nieghboring wifi, try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

My house is 1700, main router is centered, the satellites are at opposite ends of the house, 30ft each from main at least also through a couple of walls, the system works great, coverage is great, im just used to nighthawk routers. i changed from a raxe500 to this this orbi mainly for the 10gig input.

Well if its working...just be aware that for that size of home you only need the RBR and 1 RBS. You may be over saturating your home with too much wifi: https://youtu.be/UR0viMLISz4
YOu might turn down the power to 25% for that size of home and the two RBS running.
You 10Gb from your ISP?
FYI, ALL orbi systems have limited configurable channels on 5Ghz. Reason is that the wireless backhawk uses the upper channels which are designed to be used by the system only. So not user configurable. How NG designed it. Even when ethernet connected to the RBS.
