RBR 750 Firmware Version 7.2.6.21
Neither the Orbi app nor the web interface will display the list of attached devices. This is a security threat as there is no way to check for unauthorized access.

Yes, have cleared caches. Using Safari and Vivaldi. Note, same problem in the Orbi App. Netgear support says known bug, my post is really meant to jog Netgear to get moving on a firmware update.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
After a setup from scratch, try Firefox instead as well as Safari.
NG doesn't watch the forums. Best way to make them aware is thru official NG support ticket.

Thanks. Yes, did a full reset recently. It’s a royal pain to do and then relink all devices, especially the smart plugs. I will probably do it again, but the issue recurred after the last one so I’ve been waiting for the promised firmware update.
I wonder how many others have this issue. Would like to exert pressure on Netgear. I think for my next router I’ll want to research each company’s tech support and responsiveness.I suspect that Netgear may not put enough engineering resource into what they consider “legacy routers”.

As long as you use same SSID name and password during the reset and setup from scratch, your devices will and should auto reconnect when the system comes back to ready as outlined here:
I would highly recommend using FireFox browser for this.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What all in total devices do you have connected?
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite 🛰I haven't seen anyone else post about this recently. So we don't assume that everyone may or may not see this or has this issue. And we don't presume to know what NG does and doesn't do for FW updates nor is Orbi is the 750 considered legacy or EoL. Orbi 750 and 850 series are solid systems. Even with this version of FW.
I've been working on a 850 series system that had been online for 17+ days before I had a power bump this past Saturday. 🙄

Thanks for all of your advice Furry038. I will look into the links you provided. I won’t be posting answers online here, but I will certainly double check all aspects of my network as you recommended.

FYI, Netgear support did say this was a known bug and would be fixed in the next firmware update. It is a frustrating wait.

We can only help you as well as based on feedback to questions presented. Questions presented are relevant to helping in narrowing down the issues at hand.
You'll need to keep in touch with NG support then and be patient. NG did just release a v.31 for the 860 and 960 series systems so it's possible that NG may put forth something for the 750 and 850 series. No idea if or when that will be. So you'll have to be patient. I presume and hope that the suggestions can help get some of this resolved in mean time.
Good Luck.
