RbR 750 my 2 satellites have disappeared.

I have shut down modem and restarted same with router and satellites. Upgraded firmware. Which was already upgraded. Hardware still under warranty but can’t figure out how to. Contact. Everything worked perfectly until today. Going from a love to hate relationship. Help please.

    1. what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    2. what actual firmware is the router and the satellites on? 

    3. what are the satellites doing? blinking? Solid color? No led lights? 

    4. Are you checking through the app or through the browser? Log in through the browser as I've seen the app not display the stickers

    5. How do you know they're not connected? 

    6. Have you tried hardwiring them in to sync them?

      I am a Canadian and this system is in our vacation property in Mexico.  I have an infinitum modem from Telmex and very good connectivity.  Everything worked great until yesterday.  192.1168.1.254  

      The firmware on router is up to date and v4.6.11.1

      The satellites are blinking white and sometimes turn blue but then are offline.  

      I'm checking through the app how do I log in through the browser as everything leads me to the app.  What are stickers?

      I know it is not connected as it shows 0 of 2 satellites and when I click onthe satellite it says offline
