RBR 750 Satellites not connecting

I have a computer the is the closest to a satellite and it continues to connect to the router giving it a weak signal. When it is connected I get download speeds of 1-4 mbps. Another computer with strong signal is hitting 150-250 mbps. The computer is a Mac and a PC. Both struggle. I catch it sometimes connecting to another satellite even further from the router. I have read older post and I don't see a solution. Before I keep fighting this, I'll junk these things, take the loss and find something that works as advertised.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. 

     

    How many RBS are deployed? 
    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

    What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

    Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF? 
    Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices? 
    What channel configurations are currently set on the router?  

     

    Try disabling the following and see:
    Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.
