What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What does static IP address mean? Did you configure a static IP address ON this particular device or did you set a IP address reservation on the RBR router? These are two different things.
Try swapping LAN cable between the RBR and this one device. CAT6 UTP is recommended.
Check with the Mfr of this device as well regarding there product.
