RBR 760 Issues Every Couple Weeks

Hi and thanks for your response. I’ll do my best to answer below each question. 

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF? 

Haven’t tried with the satellites off. 

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

im on the most recent 

6.3.8.5_1.4.80

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

I’m using Starlink internet. I have the first version of Starlink and so have removed their router and am plugged in directly with the orbital router. 

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

About 2400sqft in the house with a detached garage. 

What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

We live in a log house. The first satellite is on the second floor above the router….so about 15ft. The second satellite in the garage room, probably 30-35 ft.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.

2.4 is set to 6

5 is set to 40

im not sure what this is but don’t think we are doing that?

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.

only using armour. I disabled but still couldn’t get the ecobee going. 

Out of curiousity, is it normal for it to make you set up as new after power cycling or rebooting?
