RBR 850 Access Control auto turn on

my router block my google hom max automatic I turn it off and with in tem min it is blocked again any ideas

I login to the router thru the IP address and goto the access control and trun it off and click on apply

Suggestions:

  • Access Control has three tables of MAC addresses:
    1. Devices that are currently connected to the network.
    2. Devices that are not currently connected and have been defined as Allowed.
    3. Devices that are not currently connected and have been defined as Blocked.
  • Can you scroll down and ensure that this specific device does not appear in any of the tables?

Do you ever use the Orbi 'app'?  I had a horrible experience once when a device was suddenly 'blocked', and I never enable Access Control.  After much swearing, the final conclusion was that I must have somehow 'swiped' that green slider next to the device to "Pause" it.
