What modem/gateway do you have from nbn?

you should be able to log into the modem and get a screensnip of the cable connections page and event logs

Thanks plemans
Is there anything I should look at the screensnip?
One thing I notice was that whenever I take the camera ethernet cable out of the modem, the internet back on service

that right there is the clue. the modem you have might have 2x ethernet ports, but the vast majority of ISP's only assign a single public ip address. Meaning that while it has 2x ethernet ports, only 1 device can be connected. If the camera is connected and gets that public ip address from your ISP, the router doesn't get one and isn't connected online. So make sure its only the router connected to the modem.
