The most obvious possibility is that the wire connection between router and satellites has been disrupted.
- Is there perhaps a switch involved in the path between router and satellites?
- Do ALL satellites switch from 'wired' to WiFi at the same time?
- Do they ever switch back?

Thanks for quick reply,
three sattelites are connected from the RBR850's ethernet port.
The other sattelites are through the switch. yes sometimes they comeback.

Netgear says the AX systems support six satellites:

All six 'wired' should be the optimal structure.
These cable connections are probably going through a patch panel somewhere in the house?

The others are connected to the switch directly no patch- FURRYe38Dec 08, 2023Guru - Experienced User
Was the RBS first wirelessly connected and synced to the RBR one at a time, then ethernet connected?
What is the brand and model# of this switch?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What CAT# lan cable are you using? CAT6 is recommended.
