What modem/gateway is it connected to?
It's a optic fiber box from my ISP (from Nokia)
What firmware is on the router and on the satellites?
Router and satellites have V4.4.1.29 (the newest none)

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite 🛰️Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.

My home is 2500 sqft in one floor. Built of concrete. The router and the two satellites are hardwired together. The distance is probably 30-40ft from each other ( but this should not matter since they are hardwired together? )
The channel settings:
And this only happens to the wifi part. I never experience problems with things I have hardwired.

Yes, distance matters wireless or wire connected.
Building materials made of concrete will also cause problems.
What CAT# LAN cable are you using to connect the RBS to the RBR? CAT6 is recommended.
Are the RBS directly connected to the back of the RBR or is there a LAN Patch panel or LAN Switch in between?
Do all wireless devices loose the connection?
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz.
Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
