Hello rk_gearorbi ,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that your satellite does not connect to your Orbi router. This issue can be caused by having a different firmware installed on your router. The current firmware for your RBS350 is version 7.2.6.31.
Please update your satellite to this firmware to resolve this issue!

I have an Orbi Satellite RBS350. I have done a reset on it. The satellite does not connect to the network it was part of. Now the ring light remains at Magenta Solid. I do not know what to do. It does not show up in the admin page. So I cannot manually upgrade the firmware as well. Any ideas what to do? It seems the satellite just does not find a way to connect to the router and does not get an IP address.

Thanks Kevin. But there is an issue. The 2nd satellite I cannot see it anymore on the Orbi app or on the web link when I login.
How do I upgrade the satellite which is not visible on the network? The issue is that the satellite is not getting a backhaul anymore.

I have no idea what happened but now the satellite is connecting to the network and I can see now both satellites online.

Kevin, I did check for automatic upgrade and it did not work. I will try the manual one.
But the other issue remains. The daisy chain function does not work at all.

Firmware is incorrect
I checked the logs and the current version I have which is 4.4.1.29 is the current one.
So the issue remains, no daisy chaining works.

Be sure to update the system to v7 then try daisy chain again. Update RBS first then RBR lastly.

The SW version you pointed to does not work for RBx3xx series.
I did the setup again. It's the latest SW. I did notice that AX services was off so I turned it on.
For sure it gives better WiFi range but the daisy chain does not work. It's a poor and faulty product implementation.

Ok, I thought you had the RBR750 with RBS350.
You might do a factory reset on the RBS and RBR and setup from scratch.
Powering ON the RBS placed out in a line in sequence sets the daisy chain. Though with this lower end model, not sure if Daisy Chain may not be support or just broke. Something to contact NG support about and check with.
