RBR750 + RBS350 connection problem after FW upgrade

Ok i will try it, i dont have laptop with ethernet port righ now.
But as you mentioned already, FW version in both RBR and RBS need to be same, in that i wont be able to update to RBR750 V7 anyway because same version is not available for RBS350

They have USB to ethernet adapters.

in that all this effort seems useless, because even with slight difference in FW, my RBS350 and RBR750 are working together, only problem is RBS350 is not connecting when i upgrade RBR750 to FW V7

i think i should wait until new version for RBS350 is also available.
I'd get the RBS back to full working condition, if you don't have access to the RBS web pages, even if new FW comes out, not sure if that will fix that issue. You'd want to have full access to the RBS web pages so when something does come down the pipe, you can ensure they get up dated properly this time. If and when that does happens, zero idea.
