RBR750 and Orbi App

I updated the firmware and the App from Google Play, but now I cannot get access even via Anwhere Access.  Get the list on my RBR750, but no screen with speed test, device control etc.  Has anyone else experienced this?

    Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?

     

    Can you provide a screen shot of what your seeing on Orbi app? Use the Choose File to attach a capture to your post. 

     

    Can you access the RBRs web page with a PC and web browser?
