RBR750 and RBS750 auto firmware update

I took the auto firmware update using the app yesterday evening and am unable to connect to the app or orbilogin.com now.  I have tried all the other magic urls and IP address.  I have factory reset my Orbi's and still the same issue.  I was able to see the page load once during installation and it showed me a firmware number that is associated with the RBR850 NOT the 750.  I am worried the auto update has used the incorrect firmware and I don't know how to force it back to the correct firmware.  Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Strange part is I was able to update Wifi / Admin settings during setup and we have internet access but I still can't access the router to continue customizing my settings.

    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    What happens with Orbilogin.com or 192.168.1.1.


    Happends in a different broswser with a wired PC? 

     

    Try a factory reset by pressing the reset button on the back for 15 seconds then release. Open a web browser to 192.168.1.1 and walk the setup wizard.

    I am not able to login with orbilogin.com. But can log in with 192.168.1.1. Some other systems I maintain the login is 10.0.0.1. You need to find the actual IP address of your router and you should be able to login.
