What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
If yoru ISP modem has a built in router and wifi, This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration?

I have a Netgear Cable modem, new September of this year. I do not remember the model, wifi is shut off. I do not have a double NAT situation. EVERYTHING HAS WORKED JUST FINE until the recent Orbi firmware upgrade. My switch is also Netgear. I run a technology consulting company and years ago I was a certified network engineer.
I think the network works just fine since I can access the Orbi junk just fine. It appears there is no way to unblock the devices remotley. If I have to fly home to fix this, I will not be replacing everything with any Netgear products.
Thanks

It sounds like some Orbi bug related to Parental Controls has blocked all your devices. You're remote so anything requring you touch the Orbi, like factory reset, is a last ditch option.
This seems suspect: Just this week Parental Controls in the phone app changed and shows "Expired - Off" . I've never enabled Parental Controls and my Orbi app says "Set Up Profiles" under Parental controls.
Here are some random ideas to try:
- If you click into one of the Green devices in the Device Manager page, do any of the device statuses look suspect? Mine show connected to Satellite, link rate, IP address, etc. that all look normal.
- Have you tried pausing, and then resuming, one of your Green devices to see if it helps any?
- Under Device Manager / Home, have you tried pausing and then resuming. I get "Unlock Premium" if I try.
- There are a bunch of tabs on Device Manager / Home. In the Usage tab, mine says Activate Smart Parental Control. What does yours say?
- Is there anything else useful to try in one of the other Home tabs? Mine says Activate Smart Parental Control in all of them.
If none of the above work, we're really desperate now so try touching everything and hope something jiggles your Orbi into working. You don't have anything else to lose...- My Traffic Meter is off. Is yours? Try turning it off and on.
- Try temporarily changing the WiFi Settings so all your devices disconnect. Then put it back.

Thanks for the reply.
My devices that show green dots, a number of them are suspect. It shows they have a wired connection, they don't they are WIFI.
I changed the SSID, then went and changed it back no difference.
I know if I could get to the Access Control page, I'll find them all blocked. Home automation is great. However I do like to check in on a regular basis. We live out in farm land so very few neighbors.
I think I am going to replace the Orbi with a tri-band Asus. I used to travel for work and until I deployed Orbi I have never had problems connecting to my house
