RBR750 Can't connect Kindle Oasis

Thanks for this.  I have been talking to Amazon, Kindle software is up to date.  They are at a loss so far.    I am a novice at this stuff, what is AX mode?  How do I disable it?  Thanks again.

One the RBRs web page under Basic Tab/Wireless Settings. There are two check boxes for each frequency. Uncheck and apply the setting disables this. 

You can try setting CTS from 64 to 2347 Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
