RBR750 connected but not providing internet to some devices
I just set up my Orbi router today. It is connected and providing internet to most devices, including two televisions, Google displays, nest thermostats, etc. However, it is not providing internet for my iPhone, iPad, or MacBook Pro. Our devices say they are connected to the Orbi network, but they aren’t using WiFi for anything. I have tried rebooting our phones and upgrading the firmware on the Orbi. Nothing helps. Is there any solution for this issue?

1. what firmware is on the router and the satellites?
2. what modem/gateway is the router connected to?
3. have you went into the apple devices and reset the network connections?
4. Have you tried disabling the "random mac address" feature on the iphones?
- JdomanInitiateThe firmware is v4.6.5.14. It is connected to a Netgear modem/router (router feature is turned off). After I posted the issue last night, there was another firmware update that seemed to fix the issue. Our phones are now using the WiFi just fine. I will update if this issue happens again. As of right now, it has resolved itself.
glad to see its resolved!
If it does come back, try this firmware:
