RBR750 does not allow my NUVO Music System to access network when plugged into port

Our ORBI RBR 750 works perfectly with all wireless devices including MyQ, ecobee, Ring etc. It also works fine with our Control 4 that is plugged into one of the ethernet ports. The problem is when...

  Problem fixed. Was an IP conflict with the AT&T modem as when it was installed the tech was supposed to turn off the router and did not.
