RBR750 does not connect to satellites of RBS350

I have 2 satellites RBS350 connected to the hub which is a RBR750.

1. All my devices are connecting to RBR750 and NO devices are connecting to RBS350

2. On the App, my network shows that RBS350 and RBR750 are connected    

3. The router fails to update the firmware. The App times-out

4. I have re-booted RBR750 and RBS350

 

What should I do next?

    What FW version is currently loaded on the RBR and RBS? 

     

    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. 

     

    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
    What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

     

    Avoid using Orbi app to update FW. 

    Use a wired or wireless PC and web browser. 

    Update the RBS FIRST use the RBS web page by logging into it's web page at the IP address given to the RBS, then RBR lastly.
