What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the brand and model of the switch?

Current version of firmware is 4.6.911_2.3.5 and I am currently upgrading to 4.6.14.3
The switch is the GS105 (https://www.netgear.com/business/wired/switches/unmanaged/gs105/)
I purchased my modem seperately from the ISP and it is a Netgear CM1000.
I never had and verified that the listed features are not enabled.
The cable is one I assembled myself from a bulk spool and will pickup some Cat6 next time I go out.

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Ok. My replies have disappeared four times now. I give up. The log has no entries on the day the orbi went down. In either direction +-2 it just shows a CM-Status message sent and a DHCP renew warning from 6/28/23.
The cable connection shows good. I can try to screenshot that page if it would help.
