RBR750 Firmware update fail

Can you manually update the FW on the RBS using the RBS web page? 

 

Most current version of FW is here for both the RBS and RBR:

Use a wired PC and web browser connected to the RBS web page to send the updated FW file there.

 

Auto update doesn't correctly update the RBS first which it should, then the RBR lastly.

RBS was upgraded but RBR can't be done.

    If I read the download page correctly, the next firmware is v3.2.17.12.

     

    (There was an issue with the original Orbi several years ago where one specific firmware had to be installed to permit later versions to install. I have never heard of the 750 having a similar situation, but..... I haven't come up with anything else, either.)
