RBR750 Firmware update fail

RBS was upgraded but RBR can't be done.
If I read the download page correctly, the next firmware is v3.2.17.12.
(There was an issue with the original Orbi several years ago where one specific firmware had to be installed to permit later versions to install. I have never heard of the 750 having a similar situation, but..... I haven't come up with anything else, either.)
I tried just now and still failed to uprade to 3.2.17.12.
Has someone ever tried to upgrade via tftp? I tried this link How do I upload firmware to my NETGEAR router using TFTP on Apple macOS? | Answer | NETGEAR Support but still failed.
What happens if you try and manually load Version 4.6.3.7? This was the first v4 version that came after v3. May need to increment the version loaded with this. Then you should be able to get to the most current.
