RBR750 Guest Network Peer to Peer communication
Since not all of my devices are not WPA3 compatible, I want to use my guest network as a WPA2 network and place my less secure devices on there. Everything has been going until I wanted to add a couple of devices that want peer-to-peer communication. Is there a way on this router to establish peer-to-peer communication for the guest network? For the life of me, I can not figure out where the rights would be located to enable that authorization.

Something thats not supported on NG routers due to security reasons.
FURRYe38 is exactly correct. Netgear removed this option when the AX product line was introduced.
The original Orbi WiFi5 product had (and still has) this feature for the guest WiFi network:
The original Orbi had only one LAN IP subnet (typically 192.168.1.x) Wired devices, devices on the primary WiFi network, and devices on the guest WiFi network are all assigned IP addresses in this subnet. There is login buried in the router to control what "guest" devices are able to do.
The AX products changed this to place guest WiFi devices in a separate IP subnet from the wired and primary WiFi networks. Netgear could have enabled the same feature on the AX products, but chose not to.
I feel compelled to point out that the "all or nothing" nature of this feature is a bit of a blunt instrument. What most customers would likely prefer is to specify which devices can communicate with which other devices. i.e. "Let any guest access my printer or my Plex server, but no guest access my garage door opener."
For that kind of sophistication, a separate firewall device would be the (complicated) solution.
