RBR750 Incorrectly Reports Devices Offline
My Orbi regularly displays devices as being offline that clearly are not or devices are simply missing.
This occurs with both wireless and wired. For example, the PC I am typing this from is connected via wire to a satellite. It doesn't appear in the attached devices list. I find administer the Orbi difficult due to a lack of accurate information.
Anyone else see this issue?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Is this via web browser or Orbi app?
What browser are you using? Try MS Edge or Firefox?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

3000+ I have a router in the basement, and a satellite on each of the first and second floor. I have no problem getting connected.

I think you may have missed my point, the devices ARE connected, they just don't show up as being connected when viewed in the router admin app (browser) and in the device map in the iOS app it shows as being offline.
Thanks
Try powering OFF the RBR and RBS for 1 minute, then back on.
