How are the two satellites connected to the router?
(WiFi backhaul or 'wired' backhaul?)
Is there any sort of Ethernet switch between the router and laptop?
When all else has failed, the last resort is often to perform a Factory Reset on the router. I absolutely hate doing this because it takes me almost two hours to type in all of the configuration settings I have made to reserve IP addresses, give names to each device and change the device type and model numbers, set up OpenVPN, DDNS, etc. etc.
How much effort have you put into customizing the Orbi setup?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

️What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.
Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
