RBR750 losing connection
Hello,
I have annoying problem with this system the coverage itself in the house is good (router plus 2 satellites) it's attached to a tplink 4g modem via cable but randomly its gets disconnected the router turn lights to purple and after some time it's reconnecting again. Is there something that can be done?
Thanks.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
https://kb.netgear.com/31029/Where-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite 📡What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Disable AX mode on the RBR for both radios. Under Basic Tab/Wireless Settings.
Set CTS values to 2347 under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Apply settings and reboot. I would do one full power OFF of the RBR and RBS for 1 minute then back ON with the RBR first then RBS.
- titaniumrx8ApprenticeHow's your electrical power? During storms we regularly experience sub-second power glitches. Drives the satellites insane. The router RBR750 is on UPS and it's rock solid. Just ordered 2 more UPS for the satellites. Should be installed by the end of the week.
BTW, while the satellites are doing their multiple reboots, everything in the house reconnects to the router. It takes a few hours for the devices to get redistributed back out to the satellites.
