This is a bit vague.  More detail would be helpful:

• The satellites are working (in the sense that devices connect to them), but...
• The Orbi web interface Attached Devices does not show them at the top of the page?
• The Orbi 'app' does not show them at all?
• The Orbi 'app' shows them but the line connecting them to the router is red?

What does "change colors" mean?
