Are the RBS ethernet connect to the back of the RBR or is there a LAN switch in between? If so, brand and model please.
Be sure to disable any WiFi Private IP Address features on the Apple devices while at home:
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Try setting 40Mhz only on the RBR.
Try changing CTS to 500 and see.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

Hi thanks for replying 🙂
I did have a TP link 5 port gigabit unmanaged switch (TL-SG105S) in between one of the satellites... so i've removed this now. So both satellites are directly connected via Cat6.
Yes wifi private IP/mac is disabled on the iPhones...
Have made those changes you suggested... will let you know if it makes a difference.

Let us know how it goes.

For example... My daughter is on a Telegram video call with her granny in the garden (using the garage Orbi) and then moves into the house which should pick up the kitchen router... And the call drops out. The wifi connection drops and even turning wifi off and on again doesn't immediately resolve.
