RBR750 Router - stopped working

What color is the front LED on the RBR?
Are you able to access the RBRs web page at 192.168.1.1 with a wired PC and web browser at all?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

I do not have the facility to connect with a wired pc
We have 21 satellite and it has not been an issue.
We did the power off process and it was not resolved.
I attempted to update the firmware before posting this on the forum the other day and it said to try again later as could not be done.
The Orbi app no longer opens as says 'we can't find your Orbi'
Hard reset and new set up has been done
Anything else we can try?

We do not have access to a computer with an ethernet input.
Can't say re firmware version as app was not working with router not working.
Have purchased a new kit (RB760) as could not resolve the issue and seems Netgear have discontinued this router so can't replace the individual item.
Do you know if I can source a RB750 from Netgear or another source?
To me, seems a strange design for the satellites to not be compatible with other routers, eg 750 & 760.

Try a 30-30-30 reset on the RBR750.
Might try Amazon, Ebay or Shopgoodwill
