For the setup, I have a PC connected to a satellite via ethernet cable. I have to imagine that the satellite is connecting to the router via the backhaul, otherwise I it wouldn't explain the 400+mbs when downloading and uploading. Also, I haven't changed any settings around the backhaul, so I have to assume this is the case. And thanks for the firmware advice. I've been seeing other community posts suggesting this may be the culprit. I'll try to sync the firmware between the router and satellites and see if this clears up issues.
CrimpOn Thanks.

The reason for the question is that several users have created a 'situation' by connecting their router and satellites with Ethernet cables to a switch and found that although "things seem to work", the router did not display information correctly about the satellites.
Since both of your satellites are connecting to the router with the default WiFi backhaul connection (no Ethernet cables), this is not likely to be the problem. Please report what happens when you go through the process to discover what firmware is running on the satellites.

So I think I'm stuck. I'm following the instructions to get access to the satellite (configuring IPV4 IP to 192.168.10.49, connect to ...250) and I can't connect. It won't bring up the sign in prompt to log in. So I can't get into the satellites to confirm what firmware they have.
New plot twist though. After attempting to connect to both satellites via the instructions, both seem to be in a perpetual booting cycle. They both blink white, will connect and display blue after a while for a moment. Then back to blinking white. I have no clue how to proceed.

I suggest that you give this PDF process a try and get the RBS downgraded back to v.21 version of FW first:
then if you can get them downgraded, downgrade the RBR lastly using normal manual FW update process.
Factory reset the RBR and RBS and setup from scratch. use this PDF process for doing the factory reset and be sure to disable the auto update check to prevent the system from re-updating:
