What browser are you using? Is this seen with MS Edge, FireFox or Opera browsers?
"Distance between RBR and RBS1 = ~15 feet and RBS1 to RBS 2 also ~15 feet" This is TOO close to each to other. 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

I use Google Chrome, and I observe the same in Edge and on the Orbi app (iPhone). Total size of the home is ~1900 sqft split over three floors.
I see the satellites connecting serially, so RBS1 to the RBR and RBS2 to RBS1. Are you suggsting that I decommission one RBS?

For that size of home, even with 3 floors, the RBR and just one RBS would be needed. 30 feet distance in between the RBR and one RBS to start.
