RBR750 Sats will not update firmware and are out of sync
I have a fairly new RBR750 with 2 sats and backhaul status has always been good and no issues. Lately one of my rings has had poor wifi and come to find out one of the sats is "out of sync". I have tried resetting it, moving it to the same room as the router, I tried hard wiring it but I cannot update the firmware. I am assuming the firmware being off is the issue but can't confirm since I can't update it. I have tried the manual update with the file from netgear and it fails while uploading.
Router is running V4.6.9.11. One satellite is recognizing it needs to upgrade but does not allow me to update. I am lost on what to do next.

Manually update FW to same version that's on the RBR using the RBS web page with a wired PC and web browser connected to the RBS web page using the IP address for the RBS:
