Please provide more detail. "Admin control" implies an attempt to access the Orbi administrative web site from a web browser, where the user name is "admin" (and cannot be changed) and the password was set by the user during configuration. If this is the case, there is no Netgear web site that can do anything to change it. When the user enters an invalid password three times, a web page comes up offering to Reset the Password if the user can (a) input the device serial number - which verifies that the user has physical possession of the router, and (b) can correctly answer two security questions - which were supposed to be set up during configuration, but which many users fail to do.
In this case, there is only one method to gain access: a Factory Reset.
The Orbi 'app' uses the Netgear login, which consists of an email address plus a password. I have not investigated what happens when the user is unable to enter the correct password when opening the app.
More information about the problem will help identify what is going on.
