RBR750 wifi but no internet

Hi 

 

I need some help. I have mesh network RBR750 with one satellite and everything has worked for the last two and half year until now.

 

When I come home today, all of my normally connected devices was disconnected. My internet router that is connected before the mesh network,  was still working as usual and is still connected and working (at the time the household using this).

 

I can't connect to the mesh wifi as I was showing the error, unable to connect. My devices can find the mesh wifi but can't connect.

Sometimes I can connect with my phone to the orbi app. The app is not showing any issues and I have the latest firmware installed. 

Sometime I am lucky to connect to the internet on my phone, but other devices in the household can't. 

 

Sorry for my non expert explanation. I hope to find some help from you.

    Any front LED turned on PINK or blinking WHITE? 

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. 

     

    Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
    Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
    Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    Turn on computers and rest of network.
