Hi. Thanks for answer. As I said I tried all reset scenarios. I tried again your one. Unfortunately I got the same result.
Yes SSID is not available on all 8 devices that I have.
I have checked some logs and figured out that beginning from firmware version 4.x.x.x it looks like wifi can't be initialized or configured. Probably someone from netgear can analyze it?

Ok so, last resort, try a 30-30-30 reset on the RBR with out anything connected to it:
With the router plugged in and powered on, depress the reset button for 30 seconds. This button is usually a tiny dot recessed into the back of the router. You may need a jeweler's screwdriver or a bent paperclip to access it.
While still holding down the reset button, unplug the router from its power source for another 30 seconds.
With the reset button still held down, turn the power back on and hold for another 30 seconds then release.
Use a stop watch on a phone or pad to track the 30 seconds.
After the last reset button release, give a few minutes then see if the default SSID appears on your devices.
If this fails, you'll need to contact NG support:

Then clicking on "Get answers about NETGEAR products before I buy" then clicking on "Networking for Home" then "Chat with us".

Was not indicated that a 30-30-30 reset had been performed and all scenarios would not include this as for troubleshooting purposes is not a common reset scenario and only used as a last resort given here in the forums and since you didn't indicate that, it was mentioned. So if you have tried it and your unit is still not working, as already mentioned, you'll need to contact NG support and ask about RMA options.
Good Luck.

Thanks, I got it. Yes, to clarify the situation, I used all scenarios that was provided on this forum community, so it's also 30-30-30. Unfortunately it's also not working for my Orbi device. So that is why I asking for someone skilled guy, because I have good knowledge of PCBs and hardware part, but I can't troubleshot the FW part by myself. So...
