RBR750

I've had my RBR750 Orbi since August 2022.  All my devices have been working fine until last week when one of the tv's can not connect to the wifi.  Everything else is fine.  I've completed upgrades, I've check to make certain the satellite was on as well.  I noticed in the network map tile that it just shows the main router and the satellite as being on.  It use to show all the devices that were connected.  I would go to the device tab and it does show all the tv's as being connected.  But again one can't connect to the wifi.  And yes we've had multiple IT people I know helping to make certain everything is set up properly on the tv. 

 

Any suggestions as to what might be going on

  • Something to ask the TV mfr about for help and support regarding there product if all other devices are connected and working.
