ORBI appears to be blocking Vonage VOI service! Anyone experience the same problem?. Any suggestions?

What firmware is on the router?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
What vonage setup are you using?
How do you know the orbi is blocking it?
Try putting the Vonage device into the DMZ on the RBR.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
