RBR750/AX4200

I have one Orbi Router and 3 Satellites. One of my Satellites will not connect. I have trouble shooted all possibilities: turned on and off modem, router, satellites, tried syncing, etc. it will not connect

    Was these components purchased together as a set?

    Was the system working previously, and suddenly one of the satellites no longer appear to be connected?

     

    Please report the firmware version number on each of the components that IS working.

    (router and working satellites)
