RBR760 cannot unblock devices in access control

Thanks for the reply! How did you end up resolving this issue? What slider did you accidently click in the Orbi app? For reference, I am disabling Access Control on Routerlogin.com, yet, it keeps enabling itself again. Thanks again for the help.
If you never open the Orbi app, then "I got nothin".
The Device Manager screens on my Orbi app have a column titled "Allow Access". (At one time it was titled "Pause")
Sliding the circle to the left makes it go from Green to "not green". My sense is that doing this to just a single device will enable Access Control on the system. As I say, I have no memory of deliberately enabling Access Control.
If Smart Parental Controls are enabled on an Orbi system, I think that enables Access Control. (How else can someone Control when their Parents can use devices to access the internet?)
