RBR760 Factory Resets When Rebooting or When Power Is Disconnected

Whenever my Orbi RBR760 mesh wifi system is rebooted, or whenever the power is disconnected for whatever reason, the whole system seems to factory reset meaning I have to try set it up again. For some reason it keeps the custom SSID and password, but if I try connect to anything I'm forwarded to orbilogin.com, and in the app it says "Orbi Not Set Up" and I have to go through the process of setting it up all over again. This is really frustrating because I don't have the time to keep setting up my system every single time something goes wrong. Anyone know how I can fix this, or if I'm doing something wrong?
