RBR760 MULTIPLE ISSUES
My RBR760 is connected to the internet via the D-Link DSL-4320L. It (and two satellites) worked fine until yesterday. Then for some reason the RBR760 went offline. (The DSL4320L modem was fine - a...

Many thanks to all who offered advice.
In the end, I deleted the app and then methodically reconnected the DSL and RBR.
I'm now up and running again (including with the ORBI app).
It was a bit unstable at first (depending on the internet port I selected on the DSL-4320L), but seems to have settled down. I suspect the "double NAT" issue may be at play, but frankly the solution is beyond my technical capabilities - the last thing I want to do is tamper with the DSL settings and not be able to backtrack.
If problems continue, I'll end up having to call in an IT specialist (for what should have been an easy plug in!).

Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router.

Try option #2 first...

I tried interminable reboots of the RBR760, then the RBR760 AND DSL-4320L. I disconnected the satellites. I disconnected the entire system and started afresh. And NOTHING worked until I plugged the Ethernet cable from the DSL-4320L into an Ethernet port on the RBR760 NOT into the "yellow" internet plugin (which I had been using without issue until yesterday).
The "ORBI20" is now providing internet service to my house via the iPad Settings>Wifi. And the satellites are working. But if I try putting the router connection into the "yellow" internet plugin, I lose internet.
BUT I can’t connect via the ORBI app (on my Apple iPad) which I updated yesterday AFTER the chaos. I deleted then reinstalled the app to no avail. AND I can’t connect via the “web login”. Logging into 192.168.1.1 takes me to the DSL-4320L. There is no connection via 10.0.0.1.
As a result I cannot change any RBR760 settings. I can’t control any connected devices. And, I have no access to Parental Controls.
My apologies for being so long-winded, but yesterday was a day of chaos which is still not under control. Any ideas? (BTW NETGEAR support directed me to videos and unhelpful information.)

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
