Rbr760 not a fan of samsung phones
I recently got this orbi kit and my phones seems to never be able to connect to the 5ghz band. I'm using a sg21 ultra and a galaxy a71 both having the same issue.
What OS is loaded on the phones?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Can you disable the AX mode on the RBR?
How is the wifi settings configured on the RBR?
Try setting manual channel 1 on 2.4Ghz and 40 on 5Ghz.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Do they connect on 5Ghz if you turn OFF the RBS?
- Tried all those options, even standing directly next to the router with and without the satellite being on, no change
Phone is running android 12, one ui 4.1- It's a huawei ont. The wifi is turned off so there's no interference from that side
