Rbr760 not a fan of samsung phones
I recently got this orbi kit and my phones seems to never be able to connect to the 5ghz band. I'm using a sg21 ultra and a galaxy a71 both having the same issue.
Tried all those options, even standing directly next to the router with and without the satellite being on, no change

- It's a huawei ont. The wifi is turned off so there's no interference from that side
That would be good however if there is a built in router as well, I presume so if there is wifi, this could cause problems as well. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

- The actual issue is that android detects the region from the mobile network, my region apparently doesn't have the channels used by the orbi router and I can't change it as this option is locked in the admin panel.
Kinda dumb for such an expensive device
