RBR760 recent signal reduction

Yes, typo, 2 year old RBR760. Tablets and laptops are intermittently showing no wifi on the upper tool bar. Often, turning wifi off and then on again will correct the issue. Also seems signal strength is decreased because wifi is spotty where it has always been strong. Devices, when powering on may have to move closer to the router to connect to wifi but then they are good to move further away. No changes to the setup or location of router and satellites.
When a system has worked for two years and suddenly has problems, one often wonders, "what changed?" i.e. the same Starlink internet connection. The same Ethernet cable connecting the RBR760 to Starlink. We usually ask about new neighbors, changes in where furniture or appliances are in relation to the WiFi units, etc.
Now is probably a good time to verify which version of firmware is running on the system. Not necessarily because the firmware version would cause this sort of thing, but because of the first question everyone asks, "is the firmware up to date?" What's the point of diagnosing problems with out-of-date firmware.
The current firmware for the 760 package is v6.3.8.5, which is available here:

The router displays the firmware version on every web page in the upper right corner. If this system has older firmware, it might be a good idea to update it just to get that issue out of the way.
Now is also a good time to prepare for a Factory Reset by making a copy of the current configuration. This is found on the Orbi web interface, Advanced Tab, Administration menu. Saving the configuration enables users to restore settings more quickly than typing them in from scratch.
The original post did not mention if the Orbi system has been restarted. Has this been done recently?
