RBR850 - cannot visit certain websites

Hi,

just bot and installed the RBR850 (1 router + 1 satelite) in july 2021.  It has been working fine for few months until recently when a) I notice the wifi signal always drop.  Also b) I am not able to visit certain internate sites while connected thru the RBR850, i.e. I am able to visit the sites when connected via my iphone hotspot connection.

 

Any one has encountered similar issues and know how to fix these issues?

    Turn off AX for 2.4
    CTS set to 2347

     

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
    What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

    Does this Orbi have Bitdefender Armor or Parental Controls enabled?
