RBR850 - latest FW - iOT broadcasting while Disabled
I’ve tried enabling/disabling/ power cycling. Why is iOT broadcasting? strange behavior.
There have been reports on the forum that Orbi routers often broadcast WiFi SSIDs immediately after booting up which disappear shortly after. (I have not seen this personally, but it has been reported.)
The Internet of Things (IoT) network is enabled on the Orbi web interface, Wireless Menu. When this page is displayed, the box for "Enable IoT Network" is empty?
But the IoT network appears on WiFi devices as an available WiFi network?
Is the name (SSID) of the IoT network the default, or has it been changed to a different name?
Does it broadcast on both 2.4G and 5G WiFi channels?

- Thx..: woke up today & it’s no longer showing.
What’s odd is that it just showed up at some point yesterday, but there was no loss of power to router,’until I tried fixing it. IOT I believe is only 2.4, but I forget. Either way glad it’s no longer broadcasting
